We had a lovely stay at a charming French chateau. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by our hosts with a refreshing glass of wine, setting the tone for a good experience. The hosts were very good, not only recommending a fantastic restaurant for dinner but even making a reservation for us when we were too tired to do so ourselves. The breakfast spread was tempting, and the unique, authentic ambiance of the chateau added to its allure. Conveniently located as a halfway stop between South and North France, it was the perfect place for us to rest and recharge. We are already planning our return to this wonderful retreat.
There was nothing to dislike, except perhaps the need for a car to explore the surrounding areas.

I had the most incredible experience staying at this charming French chateau! the room was beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities while still exuding the charm of the original architecture. the hosts were warm and welcoming, making sure my stay was unforgettable. I enjoyed playing boules and table tennis in the garden, and relaxing on the loungers with a glass of wine. the breakfast was delicious and the location was peaceful and picturesque.
One minor downside was the need to plan dinner in advance, as many nearby restaurants tend to get fully booked quickly.
